ISS Facility Services is looking for a Work Environment Coordinator in Arvika

ISS Facility Services will be responsible for the operational work environment coordination at one of Sweden's largest vehicle manufacturers. We are now looking for someone who wants to make a real difference.

About the role

As a Work Environment Coordinator, you will be a key person in our team. You will work closely with our client and be responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing work environment risks both in operations and in construction projects – from planning to completion of construction projects. You will play a central role in ensuring that everyone present at the workplace does so safely and securely.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in construction, work environment, or similar
• Valid BAS-P/BAS-U training and knowledge of AFS 2023:3
• Experience in work environment efforts in operations and maintenance work in a production environment
• Experience in work environment efforts in construction and civil engineering projects
• Good knowledge of AML, PBL, BBR, as well as contract law and handling of changes
• Understanding of risk factors such as scaffolding, lifts, and hot work
• Familiarity with digital tools and the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• BAM, SAM, OSA, experience as a safety representative
